Before downloading choose a directory in your hard drive that you can find it later easily.When downloading, save the "Real Player" program in that directory.After downloading is completed, click "START" on the buttom of your screen, then click on "RUN", type C:\"your directory where the downloaded file is" click on "rp7-setup.exe" and then follow the directions.
